Everton head of football Marcel Brands is near marking an agreement expansion at Goodison Park.
Brands, who joined the club in 2018 from PSV Eindhoven – and is responsible for Everton’s whole football procedure from Academy to initially group – is required to sign a three-year augmentation to his present agreement which finishes in May.
Carlo Ancelotti has said that he anticipates Brands, who moved to a meeting room based job in 2019, to remain and that he has a decent connection with the 58-year-old.
“For what I know there is work in advancement, I feel that no uncertainty, he will remain and sign another contact,” Ancelotti said.
“Better believe it, we are functioning admirably, we have a decent connection with him and I will be truly satisfied he if can sign another agreement, however from what I know there is work in advancement.
“It will be useful for him to remain and to work and to attempt to improve the crew and the group. We as a whole have a similar thought, the board has a similar thought and soon I think he will sign another agreement.”
