Tottenham vs Arsenal

     

Arsenal travel to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday evening for what could be a season-defining North London derby. With a win, Arsenal would all but secure Champions League qualification. They are one place and four points above Tottenham in the Premier League table.

For this match, Antonio Conte will be without Sergio Reguilon, Japhet Tanganga, Oliver Skipp and Matt Doherty. Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta hopes Ben White has recovered from the tight hamstring that has kept him out of the past two games. Arsenal remain without Thomas Partey and Kieran Tierney.

North London derby has an added edge not only because of how close the two teams are in the standings, but also because the Gunners postponed this match earlier in the season. As they had just one COVID-19 case in their squad, they used this as an excuse to postpone the match, much to Spurs’ chagrin.
